3 Things I am Thankful for That I Don’t Always Appreciate
If you are like me, you have things that you may not always appreciate. Here are three things I am thankful for that I do not always appreciate:
- My Fitbit
- My iPhone
- My Glasses
I Don’t Always Appreciate my Fitbit Enough
I don’t appreciate my Fitbit like I should. I hate when it dies on a high step count day. I sometimes forget to put it on after a shower because it is not waterproof. Additionally, it gets off synch if the charge drains. However, this little nugget is a blessing because:
- Challenges with my Fitbit peers push me to get moving.
- I work hard on my ass. My Fitbit reminds me to take steps every hour.
- It encourages me to stay active which is great for my health.
I Don’t Always Appreciate my iPhone
I undervalue my iPhone the most. I hate the telemarketing calls. Not to mention, it is annoying that I can’t get service in certain parts of my house. However, I do not know what I would do without it.
- It one of my most prized work tool. I can edit pictures from it, create graphics, and post to my blog.
- I can use apps to do things like synch files and update my Fitbit.
- I take tons of awesome pictures with it.
I Don’t Always Appreciate my Glasses
My glasses have annoyed me since 3rd grade. Most of the time they are smudged. Sometimes I can’t find them and they are usually crooked because I fall asleep while wearing them I shouldn’t complain at all about my glasses because I would not be able to function — I can’t see without them.
I am pretty grateful being but I can be unappreciative. So, just in case God heard more complaints than appreciation — thank you God for my Fitbit, iPhone, and Glasses!
