3 Reasons I Thank God for Little Kids
I thank God for little kids. Now don’t get it twisted, I am happy I do not have any young kids, but you have to admit, they make the world a better place. They are so innocent and cute, they are entertaining, and if you want an honest opinion — ask a kid.
Little Kids are Adorable
Kids are adorable in every way — their eyes, their chunky cheeks, and stubby little fingers. There is nothing more heart-warming than a kid’s smile, except, of course, their giggles! Finally, a kid’s hug will make a bad day all better.
Little Kids are Entertaining

I love talking to kids because they are so entertaining. They translate what you say in a literal fashion which leads to fun conversation. On top of that, they have the wildest imagination. My heart fills with so much laughter when a child’s creative translations come together with their imagination. Fun-ny!
Little Kids are Honest
I still remember the first time I was flattered when someone told me I was beautiful. I was in high school at the time. It was one Sunday at church — I was about to exit the lady’s room and the cutest little girl walked in. She said, “You are so pretty.” It didn’t matter that I did not believe I was pretty because this little girl made me feel pretty on the inside. Beware though, kids are so honest, it is sometimes brutal to a weak soul’s feeling. Flattering or not, I find it all funny!
My encounters with little children enrich my life. They are God-sent joy injections and I am grateful.
