GM foot soldiers! I am so overwhelmed with gratitude that I am overwhelmed with emotions. I am thankful that my volunteer work at a local hospice brought comfort to my patient and her family as well as assistance to the hospice staff.
I am grateful for kids who just make me feel special. I am grateful that I have a husband who supports me in all my endeavors…just because. I am grateful that I am learning to process my feelings in the present so it is not something I have to process and get over in the future.
These are some of the little BIG things that mean the world to me and fill my heart with gratitude and joy.
Message from son asking me how my patient was doing
An amazing sensitive note from my matter-of-fact son
My husband’s response when I asked him if he would mind if I spent a night at the hospice
This letter from my daughter told me what I saw; Saturday night was a defining moment in her life.
Show appreciation to those you love everyday. I am grateful that I know the small things are the BIG things…and I know that even on a Monday! Remember foot soldiers, gratitude improves your attitudes and increases your blessings (I am a living witness!).
If you know your blessings, share your blessings. GM everyone. GM!
